The Contract Rating Experts

We read the fine print so you don’t have to. TermScout produces non-biased summaries, guides, ratings, and playbooks of the contracts customers sign every day.

The New York Times estimates that it would take the average American 76 days to read the contracts they sign every year.* Few individuals or businesses have the time or resources to actually review these contracts and understand what they mean. At Termscout we know that everyday contracts can impact your rights, obligations, health, privacy, and pocketbook. Consumers and businesses deserve to have an easier way to understand whether these legal documents are fair or not, which is where we come in. Termscout was founded to facilitate healthy commercial transactions by helping people and organizations understand the contracts they sign.

Some companies treat you right, and some don’t.  TermScout reviews and rates contracts in multiple industries and publishes free content about those contracts.  We believe transparency is a key ingredient to any healthy relationship, including our relationships with businesses – that’s what gets us out of bed every day!
